A very popular 2 form entry primary school are looking for a proactive, committed and motivated Year 5 Teaching Assistant, to support at whole class level and small groups for additional intervention.

About the role

The role would suit someone who wants to work in Key Stage 2 or who has experience of supervising pupils, providing learning activities and who has a passion for delivering quality interventions that will enthuse and motivate children to want to learn, write and expand on their own thoughts and feelings.

About the school

The school is voluntary aided and for 4-11 without it. The school has some mixed classes in upper Key Stage. The school has a low proportion of SEND children. The Teaching and Learning aspects of Ofsted were Outstanding with other 'Good' aspects across the site.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Year 5 Teaching Assistant you will:
  • Primary school experience in Key Stage 2 or a willingness to work in here.
  • L2 qualification or above
