Are you an experienced Drama Teacher with a passion for the Performing Arts? Vision for Education are seeking a Drama Teacher, for a high achieving secondary schools in Hedingham. This is a part-time, daily supply starting in April is ongoing with a possible permanent position for the successful candidate.

About the role

The desired Drama Teacher will be enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and dedicated to helping students develop their creativity, confidence, and communication skills. The successful candidate will have experience of working within a school environment and be comfortable supervising pupils across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4), inspiring and motivating students to pursue their dreams and achieve their goals, both on and off the stage. This is a fantastic opportunity for Drama Teachers with a range of experience who are seeking a rewarding position allowing you to make a positive impact on the lives of young people.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Drama Supply Teacher you will:
  • Have experience working in a secondary setting
  • Have or working towards QTS
  • Hold a relevant degree qualification
  • Have excellent behaviour management skills
  • Have an Enhanced DBS on the update service
  • Be a confident communicator, able to use your own initiative when required

Salary

£120 to £140 per day

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
  • Have or working towards QTS
