Vision for Education are recruiting for an FE SEND College, who are seeking a Director of Learner Recruitment.
This is a full time, permanent role based over 52 weeks per year.
The purpose of this role will be to design and deliver a learner recruitment plan that will enable the college to achieve it’s strategic growth strategies. Through identifying marketing and communication opportunities, you will be targeted to raise the profile of the college and lead the promotion through branding, PR, marketing and media.

Requirements
- • Have graduated in a relevant field of expertise i.e. Marketing
- • Member of Chartered Institute of Marketing (desirable)
- • Significant experience in a comparable role
- • Proven successful experience of undertaking a management role
- • Previous responsibilities will have included Personnel and Budgetary management
