An ever-growing, popular and progressive Nursery setting are looking to appoint a new Deputy Manager , commencing 1st April 2026. The successful Deputy Nursery Manager will immerse themselves into the heartbeat of the setting, and drive strong Nursery teaching practice. Located in the Seven Sisters area of Tottenham, the Nursery comprises of 3 rooms, all with ample inside and outside space, and is overseen by a friendly and supportive team.

The ideal candidate will assist in the operational aspects of the Nursery alongside its manager . This will entail everything from ensuring creative and exciting activities are being delivered in each room, and that safeguarding standards are kept to ahigh standard.

The role is for 5 days a week, with working hours being from 0800-1800 (with an early finish on a Friday) . There will be opportunities for permanent appointment for the right candidate

Requirements

The desired Deputy Nursery Manager will have.

- A Cache level 3 certificate in Early Years, or equivalent qualification

- Nursery Teaching experience, or a background in some form of leadership

- A Fully enhanced DBS check registered to the Update Service
