Vision for Education are proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming secondary school to recruit a Data & Exams Manager for a permanent position.

About the role

The main purpose of this Data & Exams Manager role is to take responsibility for the efficient and effective professional administration, organisation, and management of internal and external examinations within the school. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of school’s assessment, reporting, recording, and tracking systems.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Data and Exams Manager you will:
  • 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) A* - C (Grade 9 to 5) including English & Maths
  • Level 3 qualification relevant to post
  • Previous experience working as a Data & Exams Manager (or similar administrative role)
  • Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines effectively

Key responsibilities

As Data and Exams Manager you will be responsible for:
  • Lead on the development and delivery of clear data and curriculum processes and to be an efficient part of the school’s team
  • Be responsible for the overall management of pupil data, assessment processes and analysis of a range of data across the school
  • Be responsible for the efficient and effective running of the administration of all internal and external examinations within the school, including liaising with staff, pupils, invigilators, and examination boards
  • Manage pupil transfer data (including assessment data) in collaboration with the Local Academy Council, Local Authority, and other schools

Salary

£21,748 to £25,481 per year

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
  • Level 3 qualification and relevant experience
