An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the fantastic team at a school in Sleaford as a Cover Supervisor.
About the role
The school are looking for a highly motivated, forward-thinking, and passionate individual to facilitate and encourage learning which enables pupils to achieve high standards to share and support the corporate responsibility for the well-being, education, and discipline of all pupils. The role may be the perfect job for aspiring teachers who are seeking additional classroom experience before applying for a PGCE.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Cover Supervisor you will:
- Have a willingness to learn.
- A passion for the progress of secondary school pupils.
- Be a natural leader and someone with confidence to lead a lesson in the absence of the class teacher.
- Hold, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS, registered to the Update Service

Salary
£16,000 to £22,000 per year
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
