Vision for Education are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors in Telford to work across a range of secondary schools in the area.

About the role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring students remain engaged and on task. You will help maintain high standards of behaviour, support learning across a variety of subjects, and provide continuity in students’ education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise classes across Key Stages 3–5 following lesson plans provided by teaching staff

  • Report back to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour
