Vision for Education are seeking to appoint school cover supervisors to work in our lovely secondary schools in Bolton and the surrounding areas. These roles are to commence in September 2022 and will be ongoing.

About the role

Vision for Education are seeking to appoint Cover Supervisors to work in a variety of schools in Bolton and the surrounding areas. The role will be to assist and support in Key Stage 3 & 4 classes either as an assistant or delivering pre-set work in the absence of the teacher. You do not need to hold a teaching qualification, but must demonstrate that you have previously worked with children in any previous role (teaching, youth worker, sports coach, support worker, summer camps, voluntary etc). You will also be required to have strong and effective behaviour management and a positive adaptable nature.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Cover Supervisor you will:
  • Have a degree status
  • Have a high level in literacy and numeracy
  • Have a flexible approach to work and be able to think on your feet

Salary

£350 to £425 per week

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
