About the role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes during teacher absences, ensuring students stay engaged with their learning and complete pre-set work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects
- Maintain strong classroom behaviour management
- Support students with their learning and engagement
- Provide feedback to teaching staff after lessons
- Create a safe, focused, and positive classroom environment

Requirements
- Experience working with young people (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A degree or relevant qualification (desirable)
- A genuine interest in education and student development
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

Salary
£90 to £110 per day
