Vision for Education are working closely with a primary school in Peterborough to appoint an experienced 1:1 Teaching Assistant to work with a child who has additional needs.
About the role
As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with pupils with a range of different needs. The ideal candidate will be observant, patient and kind and able to work independently and also part of a wider team. This is a full time role from Monday-Friday as there is a strong need for consistency.

This is a 'Good' school based in Peterborough. This school will offer regular training sessions to staff to help develop a positive team ethos and always increasing knowledge and awareness around a variety of subjects.
Requirements:
- To have experience working with children or young people with additional needs
- To be patient, kind and resilient
- Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management
- Promote positive behaviour and inclusion
- Help maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
- To be willing to process or have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
Salary
£89- £100 per day
