This role involves supporting an adult service user in their home and out in the community. The appointed candidate will support with shopping, food preparation, hobbies and trips. The selected candidate must be a driver with full driving licence.
About the role
For this position we require someone committed to deliver excellent support, care, companionship and fun! The role is full time, ongoing (contracted permanent role subject to successful initial period for the right candidate!) We are ideally seeking experience working with young people or adults with SEND. This may be within a school, home, care or community setting. It is vital that we are able to obtain references from these roles.

Requirements
To be considered for this post you must:
- Have previous experience of supporting young people, children or adults with SEND or additional needs, ideally within the last 2 years. However, we can accept applications with less recent experience so long as we can obtain valid references. All applications will be considered on their own merit in line with safer recruitment procedures.
- We must be able to obtain valid references from these roles.
- Hold, or be prepared to complete an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered to the Update Service
