Are you an inspiring and experienced Primary Teacher looking for the next step in your teaching journey?
We’re working with a welcoming and high-achieving primary school in the Thurrock area, who are seeking a dedicated Year 3 Teacher to take on a Year Group Lead responsibility within their vibrant and supportive team.

  • Lead Year 3 teaching, planning, and assessment, ensuring high standards of progress and attainment.

  • Provide leadership and guidance across the year group, promoting consistency and collaboration.

  • Offer an extra-curricular club of their choice, adding to the school’s rich enrichment programme.

  • Be a positive and proactive member of the staff team, contributing to the wider school community.


About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • A qualified teacher (QTS) with proven experience in KS2.

  • Confident in planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons.

  • Passionate about inclusive education and committed to supporting every child’s potential.

  • A genuine team player who brings creativity, reliability, and enthusiasm to their work.

  • Keen to take on additional responsibility and contribute to whole-school improvement.
