Vision for Education is seeking a motivated and committed Year 2 Class Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in the Thurrock area. This is a full-time teaching role starting in January, offering a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact at a supportive and well-resourced school.

The Role

As the Year 2 Class Teacher, you will:
✨ Deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
✨ Support children’s learning and progress as they complete Key Stage 1
✨ Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every pupil is encouraged to achieve their best
✨ Use effective assessment strategies to monitor pupil progress
✨ Work collaboratively with the KS1 team and wider school staff

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Experience teaching within KS1 (Year 2 experience desirable)

• Strong behaviour management and excellent communication skills

• A proactive, nurturing, and child-centred approach
