The Role
You will:
✏️ Deliver engaging, creative English lessons tailored to individual needs
Inspire reluctant readers and writers to find their voice
Differentiate learning for students working at a range of abilities
Build positive, consistent relationships with students
Support pupils with social, emotional and behavioural needs
Promote high expectations alongside patience and understanding
