We’re looking for a friendly and reliable SEN Midday Assistant to support pupils with Special Educational Needs during lunchtime
✨ Your Role
- Support pupils with SEN during lunch and break times ️
- Encourage positive social interaction and play
- Assist with eating where needed and promote independence
- Help maintain a safe and calm environment
- Respond to individual needs with care and understanding
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children (SEN experience desirable)
- A kind, patient, and supportive nature
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good communication skills ️
