We’re looking for a dedicated and nurturing SEN Key Worker to support and advocate for students, helping them succeed both academically and emotionally

✨ Your Role

• Act as a key point of contact for pupils with SEN and their families
• Provide consistent 1:1 support and guidance ‍
• Build strong, trusting relationships with students
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals ️
• Support behaviour, wellbeing, and engagement in learning
• Monitor progress and help implement personalised support plans

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN
• A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
• Strong communication and organisational skills ️
• Ability to build positive relationships and trust
• A proactive and flexible attitude
