Primary Teacher

Location: Clacton-on-Sea, Essex
Contract: Full-time / Part-time, Long-term / Permanent opportunities available

The Role

Vision for Education are working in partnership with a friendly and supportive primary school in Clacton-on-Sea to recruit a Primary Teacher. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality lessons that support pupils’ academic and personal development.

This role is suitable for ECTs, experienced teachers, and returning teachers, with opportunities across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver creative, inclusive lessons aligned with the national curriculum

• Create a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment

• Assess, track, and support pupil progress

• Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies

• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Experience teaching in UK primary schools

• Strong classroom management and organisational skills

• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing

• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and dedicated approach to teaching
