Salary: £12.90–£15 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications)
About the Role:
Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Assistant to join a welcoming early years setting in Harlow. The successful candidate will support the development and learning of children aged 0–5 years, assisting in the delivery of high-quality care and education. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment, contributing to the growth and development of young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging activities that promote children's learning and development.
- Support children's social and emotional development, fostering positive relationships.
- Help maintain a safe and stimulating environment for children.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the nursery.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing updates on children's progress.
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for individuals who:
- Have experience working in an Early Years setting.
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
