As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and staff to ensure pupils with SEN receive the support they need to thrive in the classroom.

The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN

• Assist the class teacher in adapting lessons for pupils with SEN

• Help create an inclusive classroom environment where students with SEN feel supported and confident

• Encourage independence, engagement, and positive behaviour

• Work collaboratively with teaching staff and SENCO teams

• Experience working with children or young people (experience with SEN is highly desirable)

• A patient, caring, and proactive attitude

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A genuine passion for supporting learning and development
