Vision for Education is thrilled to announce the opening of our first branch in Wales – right in the heart of Cardiff. This milestone follows our appointment to all 22 zones on the Welsh Government Commercial Delivery (WGCD) framework. 

Our Cardiff branch is now offering temporary and permanent recruitment services to primary, secondary and SEND schools and alternative provisions across South Glamorgan, and is actively recruiting experienced and newly qualified teachers, teaching assistants, cover supervisors and other support staff to join our supply team. 

The team is headed up by Branch Manager Chris Hancock, who has almost eight years of experience in education recruitment. Chris has built exceptional working relationships with schools across West Wales and is looking forward to using his extensive knowledge and experience in the education sector to support schools with all their recruitment needs.  

As the demand for school support staff continues to rise, the branch will also be looking to help professionals from other sectors, such as youth services and social care, transition smoothly into a range of support roles within education, and provide free training to individuals passionate about starting a career in education through our National Teaching Assistant Programme and Cover Support Programme.
