Our teacher recruitment strategy

We believe that a true understanding of your school environment and its individual needs is key to successful teacher recruitment. Our experienced and knowledgeable team will always start the process by taking the time to visit your school and understand your ethos and requirements.

Your dedicated point of contact will discuss your vacancy and offer guidance on where to advertise, the content of the advert and timescales. Silver Tes advertisements are provided as standard to all our clients.

Your full application pack is then collated and we will advertise your role on the Tes website and to our extensive database of candidates. We will manage and track applications for you, as well as providing regular updates to both you and the candidates.

We will then submit applications to you, offering guidance on the long list and shortlisting process, arranging interview dates and ensuring candidates are cleared for work following our strict safeguarding processes

Once offers have been made, we will contact the unsuccessful candidates with feedback. If an appointment is not made, we will discuss a plan of action with you on how best to move forward.
