FAQs

What is the process of working with you?

If you are interested in working with us, contact your local branch and one of our consultants will make an appointment to come and visit your school and get to know your requirements. Where appropriate, we can spend time volunteering in your school in order to better understand your unique needs, which helps us to place the most suited candidates to your positions.

Your dedicated consultant will then be on hand to deal with any vacancies that arise, both long and short-term, and respond quickly with suitable staff that have already been cleared to work through our rigorous safeguarding processes.

What happens if we want to take someone on directly?

If you would like to take on one of our supply staff as a permanent employee, just speak to your branch contact to discuss the details. The exact process will depend on a number of things, including the length of time that person has been working in your school, but we will happily talk you through the process to ensure it runs smoothly for both you and the candidate.
