Vision for Education is looking to appoint a Nursery Nurse (NN) to join our successful supply team and work in a local primary school in the North Tyneside area. This is a fixed term supply Nursery Nurse role, which will commence in September 2020.

The role

Working as part of a dynamic and creative Early Years (EYFS) team, the appointed Nursery Nurse will focus on delivering a high standard of care to children aged 0-5, this role will include general support as well as some one to one when required. This role would be full time, working 8-hour shifts between 07:30 and 18:00 Monday to Friday. The successful applicant will hold experience of supporting in the Early Years Foundation Stage and will have a genuine passion for Early Years. 

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are Level 3 qualification in Childcare and recent experience within the EYFS.

To be considered for the full time Nursery Nurse position, you will:

• Hold a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent 

• Have experience of working as a Nursery Nurse in a busy Early Years Foundation Stage environment 

• Be experienced in working with smaller nurture groups to boost attainment.

• Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff.

• Ideally have experience of supporting children aged 0-5.
