KS1 Primary Teaching Assistant – St Helens - Feb/Mar 2020 Start

Vision for Education is seeking to appoint a KS1 Primary Teaching Assistant to join our successful supply team and to work in a local primary school in Liverpool. 

This dynamic and exciting two form entry Primary school welcomes applications from passionate teaching assistants. A recent Ofsted report graded the school as “Good” with definitive “Outstanding” elements, and the senior leadership team wish to build on this success by expanding their KS1 team.

Prospective teaching assistants will find a warm, welcoming atmosphere, excellent local community links, and a supportive staff and management team, as well as friendly children who enjoy coming to school!

The desired KS1 teaching assistant will work alongside excellent teaching practitioners, who put children at the heart of everything they do. The applicant must have experience of working across Key Stage 1/2 and be flexible in their approach.

 To be considered for the position of KS1 Primary Teaching Assistant you must:

  • Have experience supporting education preferably across KS1 and KS2
  • Hold a minimum level 2 qualification designed to support children in education
  • Have a passion for helping with learning provision in the classroom
