Vision for Education are seeking Youth Support Workers to join our team from September 2022 for a long term supply role from September 2022 in Spalding.

About the role

The role of Youth Support Worker will involve you working in a variety of schools and settings, supporting young people who are disengaged from education in the Chapel en le Frith area. This can work around your personal circumstances, for example alongside your studies, another job or on a full time basis

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Youth Support Worker you will:
  • Previous experience of working with behaviours that challenge is highly desirable
  • An enhanced DBS registered to the update service or the willingness to apply for one
  • The desire to work with young people with special educational needs
  • Available full time for a permanent position
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
  • Have a minimum of 2 months experience in a school based support role
