We are proud to be working in partnership with a highly reputable operator of global cruises in order to recruit Youth Staff for seasonal positions.

About the role

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work on cruise ships? Are you enthusiastic and able to express yourself in a fun and clear way to the children onboard? Do you love to make a difference and most importantly provide our younger guests with unforgettable holiday experiences?

The purpose of the role is to provide high quality of care and entertainment to young people onboard aged in either the 6 month – 8 year or aged 9 year – 17 year age bracket.

About the school

You will work as part of fun and energetic team to provide the children onboard with an unforgettable holiday, and memories that will last a lifetime. You will be participating in activities and encouraging children of all ages to join in and most importantly have fun! These seasonal opportunities are available during school holidays (Christmas, Easter, summer holidays and half terms!) so can fit around existing commitments and are positions that you can take up time and time again

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Youth Staff (Cruise Ships) you will:
  • A relevant qualification in Childcare (Level 3 or above)
  • Minimum 12 months experience working with children and/or teenagers

Salary

£480 to £490 per week

Plus cash bonus for working a consecutive 3 week block
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
  • Level 3 childcare qualification
