The Role:
As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will deliver pre-set lessons across a variety of subjects, ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. You will be responsible for managing classroom behaviour, engaging students, and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective pre-planned lessons
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Adapt to different school environments and student needs
• Provide feedback to school staff where required

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching in UK secondary schools (desirable but not essential)
• Strong classroom management skills
• Flexible, reliable, and professional approach
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
