Vision for Education are looking for tutors to work in schools across the North East through programs such as the School Led Tuition scheme.

About the role

The role includes delivering Tutoring/interventions, across all subjects in the National Curriculum, to KS3/4 students. The successful candidate will be working with a variety of students, across different abilities, to ensure any attainment gaps are filled. You will also focus on providing tuition to pupils eligible for pupil premium but also includes pupils with other types of disadvantage or additional needs

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Tutors you will:
  • Have an excellent understanding of the national curriculum and be able to support students of all abilities
  • Demonstrate good overall subject knowledge
  • Have strong behaviour management and be confident working with challenging behaviours
  • Be enthusiastic, engaging and have the ability to build strong relationships

Salary

£25 to £28 per hour

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
