As a Trainee SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide support to students with additional learning needs, helping to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting students with SEN on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
  • Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons

  • Building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
  • Helping to create a safe and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements

  • A passion for working with children and young people

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and adaptability
  • Previous experience in education or childcare is advantageous but not essential
