Vision for Education is looking to appoint a full time Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our successful supply team and work in a local primary school in Lancaster from April 2022 until July 2022. Salary dependant on experience.

About the role

Working as part of a dynamic and creative Primary team, the Teaching Assistant will focus on delivering Literacy, Phonics and Maths interventions to small groups.

The school has an inspirational Headteacher, a strong leadership team and committed governors which have got the school heavily involved as a Forrest School. The local community is highly supportive of the school and parental involvement is very positive.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of TEACHING ASSISTANT (Level 3) you will:
  • Must hold a level 3 qualification in a Teaching Assistant course or equivalent
  • Must have recent experience in a primary setting
  • Have a passion for supporting pupils

Salary

£65 to £75 per day

PAYE
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
  • Experience in a primary setting
