Vision for education are recruiting for those individuals with a background and passion for education and care to work as a teaching assistant based in the Porth area. As a Teaching Assistant, you will assist the classroom teachers by providing support to students and managing classroom activities. Your responsibilities at times may involve supporting small groups of children or on a 1:1 basis with additional learning needs. The age of the children you could be supporting may vary daily from foundation phase to working alongside key stage 2 pupils. Therefore, you would be required to be flexible, enthusiastic and adaptable.

Do you currently hold a DBS? Is it on the update service? Here at Vision are more than happy to assist with this is required. It is a requirement as part of the registration process to have an enhanced DBS check.

The ability to speak Welsh is preferred but is not essential for this role.
