The School and Role:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant 3 / Midday Supervisory Assistant (MDSA) to join a supportive primary school in Lewes. This role may be full-time or part-time, combining advanced classroom support with lunchtime supervision, making it ideal for someone passionate about supporting pupils throughout the school day.
As a Teaching Assistant 3, you will work closely with teachers to deliver targeted interventions, support small groups and individual pupils, and assist pupils with more complex needs. As an MDSA, you will supervise pupils during lunch breaks, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and positive behaviour both in the dining hall and on the playground.

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in a school or educational setting

Strong ability to support learning across the primary curriculum
