Teaching Assistant Aigburth Immediate Start with Continuation from September
About the role
This is a full-time teaching assistant role working as part of a dedicated and resourceful key stage 2 team. The successful candidate will work with a small group of children, supporting and engaging them with academic progress and social skills. Responsibilities will also include: supporting during transitions such as break and lunch time; supporting with independent and group activities; and finally supporting with social and emotional interventions.

Requirements
- DBS on the Update Service (Vision for Education are willing to cover the cost of the DBS for the successful candidate)
- Have some knowledge of the National Curriculum and maintaining records
- Have experience supporting children in a classroom setting with social skills
- Working knowledge of Safeguarding policy is highly desirable
- Have experience working in a primary school setting (preferably in KS2)

Salary
£65 to £70 per day
