We are looking for a compassionate and adaptable Teaching Assistant to work as an Individual Needs Assistant supporting a child in Year 5 who requires help with communication and behavioural regulation. The role involves providing consistent 1:1 support, encouraging positive engagement in class activities, and helping the pupil develop strategies to manage challenges throughout the school day.

This position would suit someone who is patient, proactive and dedicated to creating a calm, supportive environment where the pupil feels safe, understood and able to succeed. Requirements:

The ideal Teaching Assistant will have;

• Previous paid experience in child based work
• Have, or pay for a Enhanced DBS check and register on the Update Service
• Be available to work during school times
• Experience working in UK Schools (Desirable but not essential)
