We are currently seeking to recruit a qualified Teacher of Science to join our successful supply teaching team and to work in a local secondary school in Horncastle. The position will start in September 2022 on a long term, part time basis.
About the role
The desired Teacher of Science will have passion and enthusiasm for the subject. They will have the responsibility of delivering Biology, Chemistry and Physics lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4. The successful Teacher of Science will have strong behaviour management skills and offer a creative and flexible approach to learning.

Requirements
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have experience working with challenging students and a variety of SEND needs
- Have recent teaching experience at KS3 and KS4
- Have the ability to deliver engaging lessons
- Have a bank of resources available to cover a range of abilities
- Be willing to become part of a larger team of permanent staff
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status
- Experience working with students with Mental Health Needs
