About the role
Vision for Education are seeking flexible and passionate Supply Teachers to work across multiple primary schools in Whittlesey and surrounding areas on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced teachers, ECTs, or those returning to the profession who enjoy variety, adaptability, and making a positive impact across different school communities.
As a Supply Teacher, you will cover classes, deliver planned lessons, and ensure continuity of learning across a range of year groups. You will adapt lessons to meet the needs of pupils, provide engaging learning experiences, and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment in each setting.
The ideal Supply Teacher will have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience teaching in primary schools

Flexibility and adaptability to work across different schools and year groups

Strong classroom management skills

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Ability to deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
