Vision for Education is looking to appoint a Sports Coach to join our successful supply team of Cover Supervisors to work in local Secondary schools across Hull and The East Riding of Yorkshire.
About the role
Schools are looking for a committed and successful Cover Supervisors, they have identified that Sports Coaches have the perfect skill set and charecter to fulfill this role. Working as a Cover Supervisor you would provide general cover across a range of subject classes throughout the school day. Class work will always be set, it will be your respobsibility to ensure to facilaitate class learning to the best of your ability. As a Sports Coach Cover Supervisor, the schools will match you to PE classes whenever possible.
You do not require previous experience working within schools, but must be able to demonstrate that you have worked with large groups of children in any previous role, such as sports coaching etc.
About the school
We are working with secondary schools, academies and colleges across Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire. We can offer daily supply work or longer fixed term roles on a part time or full time basis. Your consultant will work closely with you in ensuring that you work in your preferred settings on a basis that suits yourself.
Requirements
- Have experience of working as a Sports Coach in a secondary environment.
- Be experienced in working with smaller nurture groups to boost attainment.
- Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff.
- Be willing to cover classses across a number of secondary school based subjects.
About Vision for Education
Salary
£350 to £500 per week
- Degree and recent/ relevant work experience.
