Location: Various schools across Kent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 8:45 AM & 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

About the Role:

You will be responsible for delivering engaging and active sessions before and after school, helping pupils start and end their day in a fun, safe, and structured environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring coaches, teaching assistants, or sports professionals looking for rewarding, part-time work during term time.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading or supporting sport-based activities and games

• Ensuring the safety and well-being of all pupils

• Assisting with breakfast and after-school routines

• Creating a positive, inclusive, and energetic atmosphere

• Working collaboratively with school staff and Vision for Education colleagues

• Experience in a school, childcare, or coaching environment preferred

• Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
