About the role

We are working with a college in Bath that are looking for Teaching Assistants to support their students on a 1:1 basis. You will be based in either Bath centre, or Radstock. The hours are 22 to 25 a week, depending on who you are partnered with.

This role is term time only and you must be committed to the role as consistency is key. This role would suit something who has experience within SEND, either via a professional or personal basis.

Requirements

  • Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to process one with us)
  • Have SEND experience, or be happy to undergo online training
  • Be reliable, proactive, empathetic and have strong communication skills
  • Be available for an interview within the next 3 years
