SEND Teaching Assistant required for specialist schools based in Brighton starting immediately.

About the role

The SEND Teaching Assistant will be required to support a range of students across Key Stage 2, 3 and 4 on a supply basis working specifically with children who have SEND. This SEND Teaching Assistant role will include a mixture of full classroom support and one-to-one support depending on the need of the students at the time. The schools we work with are focused on every student achieving to the best of their abilities and being given the opportunity to raise their aspirations, through enjoyable and engaging lessons.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of SEND Teaching Assistant you will:
  • Have experience of working as a support specialist in a school environment.
  • Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff.
  • Have experience working with SEND students in either Key Stage 2, 3 or 4.

Salary

£65 to £85 per day

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
  • Recent experience supporting SEND students
