Vision for Education are seeking a passionate SEND Teacher to join a specialist SEND provision located in Birmingham. The successful candidate will inspire and support students with special educational needs and disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, inclusive lessons tailored to individual needs
• Support students with a range of learning difficulties, including ASD and SEMH.
• Work collaboratively alongside support staff and therapists.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience
• Experience working with SEND students (preferred)
• Patience, creativity, and strong communication skills

About you:

To be considered for the SEND Teaching role, you will:

Hold suitable qualifications, QTS/PGCE or relevant teaching experience

Have strong communications skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with students

Able to obtain suitable references and a DBS check.
