Vision for education are seeking an experienced SEND Teacher to work in a specialised provision in Cambridge. This can be full time or part time, starting ASAP.

About the role

Vision for Education are seeking a caring, passionate and experienced SEND teacher to fulfil this post in a specialist provision in Cambridge. The ideal candidate for this post will need to be calm, patient and have a passion for helping children and young people who may need extra help in an educational setting. This will be a full-time post starting as soon as possible.

This school is a well-established SEND school in Cambridge who look at approaching teaching and learning in a unique way, ensuring the priority of the pupils always come first. Having struggled in education, the pupils here have a chance to re-engage in education in a positive and productive way, ensuring that they are in a safe and secure environment.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of SEND Teacher you will:
  • To have extensive experience working in SEND
  • To be flexible and open to change

Salary

£100 to £150 per day

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
  • To hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • To have experience working with children or young people with SEN in the last 2 years
  • To hold or be willing to process a DBS with us
