Vision for Education are working closely with a variety of SEND schools in Cambridge to work supporting pupils with additional needs.

About the role

We’re looking for a calm, nurturing person to support within this well-resourced, specialist provisions in Cambridge. The candidate will be dedicated, enthusiastic, calm under pressure and able to build positive relationships with pupils. The ability to work collaboratively with parents, class teachers and other professionals is also beneficial.

About the school

All the schools we work with that specialise in SEN and have a very warm and welcoming environment. They put the welfare of their pupils as a top priority and have a flexible curriculum to reflect this, ensuring they get the most out of their experience. The schools are based in Cambridge therefore is easily accessible by car and has good transport links.

Salary

£65 to £85 per day

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
  • To have previous experience or knowledge working with children or young people with additional needs
  • To hold or be willing to process an enhanced DBS with us
