About the Role

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with class teachers to provide tailored support for children with a range of additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, SEMH needs, and learning difficulties. You’ll play a key role in helping students feel included, confident, and supported in their learning.

Whether you’re seeking regular work or the flexibility of supply, we’re keen to hear from individuals who are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of children with special educational needs.

Your role may involve:

• One-to-one or small group support
• Assisting with personal care tasks such as feeding and toileting
• Encouraging independence and confidence in pupils
• Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
