Are you a passionate and dedicated educator with a strong commitment to Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced SEN Teacher to join a network of welcoming and well-supported SEND schools across West Sussex.
The Role
As an SEN Teacher, you will become an integral part of a collaborative and experienced team, delivering tailored education to small groups of pupils with diverse and complex needs. These may include Autism (ASC), Moderate to Profound Learning Difficulties (MLD, SLD, PMLD), ADHD, , complex medical conditions, and speech and language challenges.
We support pupils across both primary and secondary phases, offering a varied and rewarding role where every day brings the opportunity to make a genuine impact.

What We’re Looking For
We're keen to hear from teachers who have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS
- Experience working with primary and/or secondary-aged pupils
- A background in supporting children with SEND
- A collaborative and flexible approach
- A genuine passion for helping children with additional needs thrive
