The Lincolnshire office are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant - SEMH, to work with young people in Spalding aged between 4 and 17 within a specialist school setting in Scunthorpe.
About the role
This is a full time - temporary to permanent role starting in September 2022.
This Teaching Assistant - SEMH role is to support vulnerable young learners who are no longer in mainstream education (school based setting). The successful Teaching Assistant will be able to build relationships quickly and have a none judgemental mindset.
To be considered for this position you must have some experience in dealing with challenging behaviours. This role can be challenging however it's a very rewarding role for the right Support worker who wants to make a difference in young learner's lives.

About Vision for Education
Salary
£75 to £80 per day
- Experience working with Special Educational Needs
- Have previous experience working in a similar setting
