Vision for Education are looking to recruit an engaging and creative SEMH Teacher to join a friendly independent school in Bath.
About the role
The successful SEMH Teacher will be required to teach a small classes with a wide range of abilities. The classes are organised by stage not age, for the children to succeed. This is a full-time, short term role, however it does have the potential to become long term or permanent for the right candidate. The students have a variety of needs including Autism, ADHD and learning difficulties. The Teacher will be required to teach across a range of subjects and ages and be able to support to provide a calm and enthusiastic learning environment.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Teacher in an SEMH School you will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have recent experience working with SEMH and Autistic students
- Have understanding of Trauma Informed Practice
- Want a career in a school where they can really make a difference in the lives of young people
- Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of teachers
- Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons

Salary
£110 to £220 per day
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Experience working with SEMH students
