About the role
The successful SEMH Teacher will have the attributes necessary to offer the correct guidance to help pupils in our settings get the most out of their time within education. We require a highly motivated teacher who can show commitment and patience to help nurture the students through their time in education and help make a real difference in their lives.
About the school
The environment in which you will be working is an SEMH school located in South Durham. The school caters for children and young people aged 13 to 16 years with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties. You will be required to support the pupils academically with their learning either on a 1:1 basis or within a small class and throughout their daily routine at school. Each child has a care, health and education plan in place to support with their daily routine and activities planned at school which are differentiated to suit each child.

Salary
£550 to £650 per week
