About the role
Vision for Education is seeking to appoint a Secondary School Teaching Assistant to work in a Knowsley based secondary school. This is a long term position which will commence ASAP and will continue until July 2023. The role will require the successful Teaching Assistant to work on a 1-2-1 basis with a particular student and also assist within the Special Educational Needs Department.

Successful candidates will find themselves in a warm, welcoming environment in a secondary school that is well respected within the community. They will be supported by a dedicated Special Educational Needs Department and senior leadership team.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Secondary School Teaching Assistant you will:
- Have experience of working in a school environment
- Have experience of working on a 1-2-1 or small groups basis
- Have some knowledge of SEND
- Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff???????
