The successful candidate will be provided with excellent pre-planned lessons from teaching staff and then cover these lessons across all subjects in the Academy when a teacher is not available. You will also set high expectations to motivate and challenge students whilst managing behaviour effectively and promoting a positive learning environment. In periods where cover is not required the successful candidate will support in the classroom or elsewhere in the academy as directed.
